Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to the provisions of these terms that apply to website use. By checking the required acceptance box and completing a payment through a Stripe checkout or payment link that links to these terms, or by otherwise accepting an order that incorporates these terms, you agree to the full terms and acknowledge our privacy policy.
If you accept these terms for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website, submit payment, or purchase our services.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about New Age Automation Systems LLC and the software, automation, artificial intelligence, ordering, and web-based system services we may offer. Website content is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, technical recommendation, or guarantee of results.
Orders and project services
Consultations, estimates, and preliminary discussions do not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin a project. Paid work may be described in a Stripe checkout or payment link, invoice, proposal, statement of work, order confirmation, or services agreement, each referred to in these terms as an “order.” The applicable order and these terms together form the agreement for the purchased services.
An order may include additional terms for deliverables, fees, schedules, client responsibilities, support, warranties, and ownership. If an order signed or expressly accepted by both parties conflicts with these terms, the order controls for that specific project.
Payments, suspension, and deletion
You agree to pay all fees in the amounts and by the due dates shown in the applicable order or invoice. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy notice.
If a payment is missed, declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not received when due, we may pause work and suspend or disable access to any software, automation, website, account, integration, hosting environment, or other system that we provide, manage, or support for you. We may keep the system disabled until all overdue amounts and any agreed late or restoration fees have been paid.
If an amount remains unpaid for 30 days after we send written notice to the email address associated with your order or payment, we may terminate the affected services and permanently delete the affected system and associated client data in our possession, subject to applicable law and any different retention requirement in an order. Permanent deletion may be irreversible. You are responsible for requesting an available export and maintaining any backups you need before the stated deletion date.
Suspension, termination, or deletion does not cancel amounts already due. Restoration may not be possible and, when available, may require a new agreement and additional fees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by a suspension or deletion performed in accordance with this section.
Permitted use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or connected systems.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or unreasonable traffic.
- Use scraping, data extraction, or automated tools in a way that disrupts the website or violates applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity, interfere with another person’s use, or use the website for fraudulent activity.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Intellectual property

New Age Automation Systems and related marks may not be used without prior written permission. Rights in client project work are determined by the separate agreement for that project.

The website may contain links to or embedded features from third parties, including scheduling services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Feedback and communications
If you send us ideas, comments, or general feedback about the website or our services, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential business information or project materials. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information before appropriate protections are in place.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties relating to the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular business decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Age Automation Systems LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating solely to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
Indemnification
